Top 6 Business Tools for 2019

Every end of year, I review the tools that I have used in business and share what has worked for me. My hope is that you will find one (or more) of these tools  helpful as well in achieving more productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, time and money savings.

Trello Cost - Free This is my MVP tool of the year. It has helped me organize all  the different projects I am working, it has collaborating options and it can be used in so many different ways depending on your company/personal needs.

Wave Accounting Cost - Free This is a cloud based accounting software, designed for small businesses to record financial transaction. It includes expense and revenue recording, financial reports and add-ons like timesheets, payroll, credit card payments and more. You would be pleasantly surprised by how much you can get done with this software.

Gmail for Business Cost - $5 Get a professional and robust email with your domain name for just $5/month.  It also includes access to 15GB of free cloud storage via google drive which is more than I need. Google drive is great for creating, sharing and storing files; plus you can collaborate with other teammates on this platform.

Echecks by Duluxe Cost - $30 This platform makes giving out checks easy peasy; enter in the payee’s name and email address and the check is emailed. No stamps or envelopes needed!

MailChimp.com Cost - Free Mailchimp has lots to offer for free. I personally use it for newsletters and recently to create a landing page. It has easy to follow templates and lots of great analytics.

Fiverr.com Cost - $5 Fiverr is a crowd sourcing marketplace for freelance services. I use fiverr for all my graphic design needs; I reuse vendors who have delivered good products and I occasionally test out new ones.
